Meet Our Crew

Mama Reese is a master in obedience training and agility. She loves back scratches and treats.

She can snuggle on the couch or spin on command she is all intelligence and loves to provide a performance. 

Cali is an energetic little girl that has quickly picked up on obedience training. You will never lose her as she makes sure to always be right next to her handler. 

Riley boy is the first rescue to Joyful Kennels. Riley came from a past where he was kenneled outside with another male for the first year of his life. When he came to us he had no name, no foundation of training, or any idea what a leash was. 

Riley has spent his time working on confidence, socialization, and obedience training. He has made huge strides in his journey and is now our designated kennel companion. 

When a dog is boarded Riley will stay in the kennel with them to provide companionship and support during their visit. Along with many playdates and a helping paw with training.

Peppa was a puppy that was previously placed with a family. Due to no fault of her own, a year later she needed to be returned. We will always welcome back a puppy and work with them to find the perfect placement as we want everyone to be happy! Peppa received some TLC while she was in our care with many training sessions. We improved her tendencies to pull on the leash, motion sickness, and reactiveness. 

She has since been placed with a new family that loves her and is willing to continue with training she requires. She has found her joy in the world and you can always find her smiling at her new Dad!
